Proposal of Communication System in Company

Master´s thesis analyses modern methods of communication in company management. The objective is to discover out the crucial defects of this issue and to outline possible solutions which would improve the weaknesses – of internal communication. The master´s thesis consists of three parts: The theoretical part is concerned about communicational instruments which have been used by the operational company ČEPRO, a.s. The analytical part describes implementation of communicational instruments in the company. (external communication, internal communication, crisis communication and communication during the new product implementation) The proposal part recommends appropriate elements for efficient communication within the current communication system in the company.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on pedagogical communication in teaching a professional subject from the perspective of a high school student. The work contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part aims to explain the concept of communication and divide communication into sub-forms. It also describes the relationship between the student and the teacher and specifies the rules of communication between the actors. It points out the level between teacher and student on their forms of communication and how the feedback takes place. The practical part of the work, processes and evaluates the questionnaire survey. Questionnaire, content of 15 closed questions, 1 semi-closed question and 3 open questions, which gave the respondents the opportunity to fully express their own opinion. The respondents were pupils of the 1st and 3rd year of the graduation field of Agribusiness. The questionnaire was filled in and sent back by 40 respondents, ie 100% of the respondents. The main goal of the survey was to find out the opinion on the way of communication of a selected teacher of a professional subject in teaching and outside it.

6 Abstract This thesis aims to offer a comprehensive view of corporate communication while emphasizing its importance for everyday life of corporations and achievement of their strategic targets. The thesis introduces potential interpretations of corporate communication with the main focus on key moments of corporate communication as well as on consequences non-effective communication has on employee satisfaction and their life in the corporation. In the thesis I opted for the method of compilation and comparison of professional literature along with expert interviews which reveal the quality of internal communication in two selected corporations and prove one-sided view of communication inside corporations. The first part of the thesis provides a detailed look at characteristics of individual communication forms, knowledge of these characteristics being the cornerstone of further research in corporate communication. Besides, this part also describes the principles of active listening, a skill which is frequently omitted from the communication skill list. The second part deals with potential interpretations and divisions of corporate communication in professional literature and offers a thorough account of internal communication and its individual aspects. Nonverbal communication during the job interview

The theme of this thesis in nonverbal communication during the job interview. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the basic types of nonverbal means, embedding them in a particular situation - for job interviews and the differences in the use of nonverbal means for women and men. In the practical part are described and evaluated the questionnaires. On it's basis it was established the role of nonverbal communication in job acquiring, nonverbal communication differences between men and women and its impact on communication interaction. In the end of this theses the research results are compared with theoretical base.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the language of sport leisure-time activities lecturers. It is aimed to pupils at the first grade (thereinafter ZŠ) and lecturers of kickbox and dance lessons. The first part of the thesis is written in general terms. It comes out from the literature about communication. It emphasizes the importance of pedagogical communication and its effect on the development of education and the cooperation among pupils and lecturers. Canine assisted therapy, a support in the development of social skills and communication of children with autism spectrum disorder

SUMMARY: This thesis deals with canine assisted therapy as a support in the development of social skills and communication of children with autism spectrum disorder and is based on the professional literature and analysis of the therapy's influence on the development of personality in individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The introduction describes autism spectrum disorders, emphasising their social characteristics and communication of individuals with autism spectrum disorders. The second part deals with canine assisted therapy, its methods and forms, as well as, its specific pedagogical use. The third part of the thesis studies the case of a boy with autism spectrum disorder who regularly attended canine assisted therapy. This thesis uses the following methodology: analysis of professional literature, participant observation, informal interview, questionnaire, video analysis and the case study data analysis. This thesis concludes in the finding that canine assisted therapy supports the development of social skills and non-verbal communication of children with autism spectrum disorder. The support of canine assisted therapy in the development of verbal communication of children with autism spectrum disorder was not proven.
